Criminal Damage in the Forest East Park

Criminal Damage in the Forest East Park

Last weekend, the 16th of March someone was seen in the Forest East Park, removing some trees from along the boundary of properties on Rushmere Walk and the Forest East Park. This was done with a chainsaw.

We have reported the matter to the Local Police Beat Team.

Major Award for New Lubbesthorpe Development

Blaby District Council has won a major national award after being shortlisted in the annual LGC Awards for the New Lubbesthorpe development.

The Council was shortlisted in the Housing Initiative category, which looked at how local authorities devise imaginative solutions to ease problems including a shortage of both market and affordable housing.

The Warren Lane Surgery is to be extended and we would appreciate your patience and understanding during this period. The extension will take approximately 50 weeks and will start on Monday 18th March 2019. The extension is necessary for the practice to continue to meet the needs of its patients as it expands.
